Mini-MBA Certificate Program

The Mini-MBA is a comprehensive management development program that provides training in the most current and relevant areas in today’s business environment. This program cultivates a fundamental understanding of the primary functions of management and builds a foundation for participants to understand how an organization operates as a whole. This program qualifies for 30 hours of continuing education credits.

Taught by highly experienced professionals, this program provides small-group, in-class training that is interactive to further develop participants’ insight into the frameworks that drive organizational success. Over a 10-week period, classes are conveniently held on Monday evenings from 6 – 9pm where a catered dinner is provided at 5:30pm.

The program is designed for professionals who wish to gain a competitive edge over their business peers through the development of leadership skills and overall business acumen. Past participants make up a wide variety of industries so all are encouraged to attend. Participants are expected to attend 9 of the 10 seminars to earn the certificate. Everyone is encouraged to attend all sessions.

Understanding Your Authentic Leadership Style

Too often we strive to be someone we are not. We utilize skills that are unnatural and try to achieve success with behavior and leadership styles that work for others and not ourselves. The more we understand our natural strengths, personalities and behavior styles the greater opportunity to apply them for increased productivity, results and success.
