You may cancel in writing at least five business days prior to the program, your registration will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations received less than five business days before the program begins are not eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded. All balances are due prior to the start of the event.

Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] or Canisius CPD, 300 Corporate Parkway 130N, Amherst NY 14226. Substitutions from the same company for the entire program will be permitted.
