This certification prep course will prepare HR Professionals for the HRCI certifications of PHR/SPHR. The PHR/SPHR exam evaluates the skills and knowledge of HR professionals, which is why experience is an eligibility requirement. There is not an endorsed/sponsored manual or course that will teach you how to pass HRCI’s exam, but this course will help you prepare with a variety of study aid elements.
What’s included in the PHR/SPHR Course:
- 10 weeks of instruction
- 1 week of test taking techniques (optional)
- Materials (book and binder of PPT)
- a light dinner at each session
- study group coordination (either at the CPD or local designated location)
- online study forum
Nervous about passing? Don’t be! Canisius has statistically been higher than the national in pass rates; however, we allow all our participants to sit in the next session of this course within one year of your paid registration. You’ll be asked to bring your original course materials.
